Ayden Jones

Ayden Jones has been coaching since 2006 and brings nearly two decades of high-level performance experience to his work with athletes and clients. He has served as Assistant Head Coach for Northshore Lacrosse Club and for the Ballard High School football program, developing athletes in competitive, results-driven environments.
Throughout his career, Ayden has trained hundreds of clients ranging from ages 8 to 82, applying elite strength and conditioning principles while tailoring programs to the individual. His expertise includes pre- and post-surgical training, injury rehabilitation, and recovery-focused programming to help clients return stronger and more resilient.
Ayden specializes in kettlebell training and competes internationally in kettlebell sport, earning multiple medals on the world stage. This competitive experience shapes his coaching philosophy, which emphasizes precise movement, measurable strength, and long-term durability.
Whether working with competitive athletes or individuals focused on lifelong performance, Ayden’s goal is to build strength that carries over to sport, daily life, and longevity.

Ben Bigglestone

Ben Bigglestone is the Founder of Hybrid Sports Performance, bringing over 30 years of experience as a coach and competitive endurance athlete. He holds a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Leeds Beckett University and is certified as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, PPSC Coach, and Bioforce Conditioning Coach.
A former international junior and professional triathlete, Ben has raced extensively across endurance and ultra-endurance disciplines, including 10 Ironman races, ultramarathons, and multisport competitions. As a coach, he has guided athletes from first-time racers to professionals, with athletes qualifying for the Ironman World Championships every year since 2004.
Ben specializes in building resilient, high-performing athletes through intelligent strength and conditioning, efficient movement, and the ability to perform under fatigue—skills critical to success in endurance sport and HYROX competition. He continues to coach, train, and compete himself, embodying a performance-driven approach rooted in longevity, balance, and continual self-improvement.

Don Kelly

Don Kelly is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and extensive experience helping clients improve strength, performance, and long-term health. He specializes in functional, pain-free movement using a practical, evidence-based approach.
A former collegiate rower at Washington State University, Don developed a strong foundation in endurance training, biomechanics, and performance-driven programming. He also brings valuable clinical experience from working in a physical therapy setting, informing his ability to coach movement with an emphasis on injury prevention, rehabilitation-informed strength, and long-term sustainability.
Working with athletes and busy professionals alike, Don designs structured training programs that prioritize movement quality, progressive overload, and accountability. Clients can expect clear coaching, measurable outcomes, and training that translates directly to real-world performance.

Nathan Schibig

Co-founder and Biomechanics Expert

Nathan Schibig is an experienced coach with over a decade of helping clients move better, feel better, and perform at a higher level. His work is grounded in a deep understanding of human movement and biomechanics, allowing him to integrate exercise with proper kinematics for long-term success.
Specializing in biomechanics and postural efficiency, Nathan applies industry-leading strategies to develop cardiovascular capacity, strength, power, balance, and motor control. He has extensively studied the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) methodology and has been trained in dozens of additional fitness and health systems throughout his career.
Nathan’s coaching approach emphasizes intelligent movement, individualized programming, and sustainable performance—helping clients not only reach their goals, but move and feel better in the process.

Dray Bailey

Dray Bailey is a highly experienced strength and conditioning coach with over 10 years of personal training experience working with clients of all ages and abilities, from the general population to competitive youth, high school, and collegiate athletes.
He holds multiple respected certifications, including ACE, PPSC, Olympic Weightlifting, and HYROX, and brings a well-rounded, performance-driven background to his coaching. Dray spent three years training Division I athletes at Eastern Washington University, building a strong foundation in collegiate-level performance development.
In addition to his collegiate experience, Dray currently coaches youth and high school sports teams, including Redmond High School basketball and baseball, and has served as the sprints coach for Eastlake High School track and field for nine years. His background also includes extensive boxing training, enhancing his ability to develop speed, power, conditioning, and mental toughness.
With both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Exercise Science focused on Strength and Conditioning, Dray takes a structured, disciplined, and supportive approach—designing science-based programs that improve performance, build resilience, and reduce injury risk.
