    • Coached by our own in-house sport kettlebell experts, this class is centers around all things kettlebell while sprinkling in accessory exercises to compliment your skills. Kettlebells are a versatile tool for developing total body strength, cardiorespiratory fitness, and mobility that can’t be matched.

    • Our boxing classes combine boxing skill development with combat-specific conditioning that will have you prepare for all the battles life throws at you.
